NEW HOME BUILDS

Whether you’ve wanted to add more guest rooms or have a kitchen twice the size of your current one. With holding our own 10 year home warrenty HCAD is happy to create the blueprint of your new home. Apart from planning, we can build your new home from the ground up with a team of experienced and red seal carpenters.

RENOVATIONS

Give your home an upgrade it deserves. We will improve your home’s look, functionality, and value by constructing room additions, conducting repairs, and more.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Our current in house designer is away on Maternity leave, however we can still assist by referring your design needs to one of our highly experienced subcontracted designers. They can take on your project from start to finish. Narrowing down your desired style, layout, styling/staging your new space and much more.

ICF FOUNDATIONS

As a Nudura certified installer, we have 4 carpenters that have attended the Nudura course designed to train builders to use the product.

This high efficiency rated product will save you time and money on framing, insulating and vapor barrier.
